Meet Josh.

I have run businesses in fitness, security, training and barbering, and I know what it is like to carry every decision yourself. The Boardroom is the room I wanted back then: a few serious operators, real numbers on the table, and someone in the chair who will not let you off the hook.

Every room is chaired by Josh, so seats are limited.

Fair questions.

How is this different from a peer group or coaching?

A coach asks questions and leaves the work to you. A peer group is often twenty people half listening. The Boardroom is four operators and a chair who has run businesses himself, working on real numbers, with commitments that get followed up.

Why only four seats?

Because that is what makes it work. With four people, everyone gets real airtime every month, Josh knows every business properly, and your deep dive comes round every fourth meeting. It is not a number we move.

Where do meetings happen?

Rooms meet in person across regional NSW, starting in Tamworth, and online for members further afield. Your room agrees the rhythm, and the Boardroom Platform keeps things moving between sessions.

What does it cost, and how do I leave?

$2,500 + GST a month, billed monthly in advance, on a 12-month agreement. After your first 3 months you can leave at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

What if I need more than a seat?

Some members need things done, not just discussed. Elev8 Platinum adds a monthly project delivered by the Elev8 team, Monday team WIPs with Josh and a personal line to him. It is by invitation: Josh will raise it with you when it fits. Nobody gets pitched.

What happens on the discovery call?

Answer a few questions about the business, then pick a time with Josh straight away. The discovery call is 60 minutes on where the business is, what is holding it back and whether a seat makes sense. If it is not the right fit, Josh will tell you and say why.
